The company is governed by LABS and its Token Holders (Voters) which have on-chain, legally-binding, authoritative power in how the DAO operates, its treasury funds are allocated, and how goals must be executed by the Core Team. Our mission is to provide an autonomous, non-custodial solution for how on-chain options are created, priced, and settled through our Solana Option Standard.
